Home¶
Welcome to our documentation site!
This is now the home of VATSIM UK procedures for all ATC positions.
Where do I start?¶
If this is your first time visiting, we suggest you head to the General front page which sets out some key things like abbreviations, interpreting 'operative words' and how time is referenced.
The site is structured with four top-level sections which we hope will be relatively easy to navigate:
- Briefing - a briefing area for controllers on new and temporary procedures
- General - general (non-location specific) procedures and advice on the set up and use of controller software
- Aerodrome - procedures for civil and military aerodromes
- Enroute - procedures for London (EGTT), Scottish (EGPX) and Shanwick (EGGX) enroute
Search on this site allows you to find particular pages or documents, and even specific paragraphs (within those documents we've already converted to digital format).
Reporting Errors¶
If you spot an error in any of the content on this site, please report it to the Operations team by either:
- Opening a ticket via the
Helpdesk - select Help Topic
Operations / Documents & Procedures, or - Emailing operations@vatsim.uk (this will open a Helpdesk ticket).
